I'm 5'-6" and 155 lbs. I usually wear a Medium or Large shirt for casual attire. So, most of my softball shirts are L or XL. I bought this Long Sleeve shirt strictly for vanity's sake. My other shirts wear me and kinda "hung" on me. So, this shirt and the other I bought, fit great. Even with my rather robust chest protector and long sleeve undershirt, it still looks just right. I also like these Smitty shirts because they don't really need ironing. Out of the dryer, I fold or hang them. No wrinkles when I put them on. Glad I got the smaller size that fits, just right.

I already had one of these in large, but way too big for bases (cut for plate wear over chest protector). The medium is still oversized, but not sloppy looking on bases, and still large enough to fit equipment underneath. Very comfortable shirt, my first one wasn't body flex material. Which is much nicer than standard 100% poly performance material.
