Nice shirt to wear on warmer or hot days. I wear an XL t-shirt and in my umpire shirts. This shirt fits over my West Vest well and works for bases too. I could wear a large for bases though for a little neater fit.

Great shirt and good material. Has plenty of room and stretch for plate gear. No need to upsize for plate gear unless maybe you have the really bulky plate gear.

Great shirts, great price and value.

I had all of the older Smitty shirts in almost every color. While I liked how they looked and lasted, I felt the sleeves were a bit long (especially in the field) and they were not so great at breathability. The new material on these is great. They now breathe much better! The colors have seemed to hold up very well in the sun too. Finally, the new cut of the shirt is more streamlined and slimming. The sleeves fit better now and help to give you (me) a better, more professional appearance. I highly recommend the new shirts from Smitty!

Great for behind the plate but wouldn't use in the field or would get a size smaller.

These polo shirts are getting harder to find. Thank you for making them available. They fit well and delivery is speedy. They are priced well for the new and the old. As the polo ages, the color also fades but lasts more than a few seasons.

Generally a really good umpire shirt. The fabric really is a lot better than that from the old pro knit shirts. It is super light and breathable. I'm just not totally happy with the fit of it though. I bought a size M, and while the body of the shirt would easily be large enough for me to wear it with a chest protector beneath, the sleeves of this shirt just feel odd. They are quite short, which by itself isn't so much of a problem, but the cuffs are super tight. Paired together, size M looks and feels weird with the shoulder protection of the chest protector below. Size L which I have tried on from a colleague, on the other hand, is already almost too much of a step up. While the sleeves and cuffs on size L are better, the body of the shirt is just too large already. I will still settle with size L for the plate though, but I would rather prefer a size M with slightly longer sleeves and wider cuffs instead.

Good fit looks good great for being on the field wear. Can't or don't want to have logos on shirt.

I thought the shirt would be tighter, I’m glad it was not. The shirt is also super long, so it’s easy to tuck in and not worry about it coming on tucked. I also liked the breathability and comfort.

Love the new material. Just like the new MLB shirts. Much nicer than the traditional fabric. I wish they used this material years ago!

I’m 5’10, 185, fairly fit, size medium is perfect for bases, L for plate. Very cool, sleek fit, much better material than some shirts of the past. The coolest option there is for sure. Just repurchased my entire stock of black, and red after getting this one and loving it.
