The preferred choice of the Mizuno Pros, the Mizuno Classic Leather Referee / Umpire Belt features high-quality construction and an intuitive cut-to-fit design. The belt has a polished, metal finished buckle with a special leather backing. The leather is easily removed, cut, and reattached to fit your waist perfectly.

How to cut and size your belt

Start by lifting the clasp and take the leather belt and keeper loop out of the metal clasp within the buckle. A small tool like a flathead screwdriver may help to open the clasp.
Place the opposite end of the belt with the holes through the leather buckle backing and the buckle itself, and pin the belt hole where you want your belt to rest at.
Feed the cut end of the leather through your referee or umpire pant belt loops.
Put the cut end of the leather through the open buckle clasp and pull tight to the desired fit.
Close the clasp.
Open the clasp & cut 3/4 of an inch in front of the teeth marks from where the clasp closed on the leather.
Reinstall the keeper loop & close clasp.

The quality of this belt is very nice. The only complaint I have at this point is the leather seems to crease easily and the way that the buckle locks on the leather it leaves small holes so I don't see moving it as an option. Make sure you get it to the correct size the first time. Time will tell how it will fair over time.
